My favorite activities, aside from yoga and massage, of course (!) are travel, climbing, hiking, ski touring, cycling, backpacking and dancing.  Also, naturally, spending time with my family.

It is my great fortune to be the mother of three fabulous human beings, two of whom have provided me with four fantastic grandchildren.  Spending time with these terrific people in my life brings me pleasure beyond belief!  My oldest son lives only one half hour away, my daughter lives a pleasant 5 hours drive from me and my youngest son is currently employed on the Aleutian Islands!  Having been widowed five years ago, my family has become even more of an important and integral part of my life.
